Where do you clean?
I live in Bedminster and cover my local area in south Bristol, including BS3, BS4 and Windmill Hill. I may travel further if I can arrange two or three cleans in the same area.Do you bring cleaning products and equipment?
I usually use the cleaning products and equipment you have at home, unless we agree otherwise.Are you insured?
Yes. I have Public Liability Insurance up to £1 million for your peace of mind.Do I need to be home?
No. You can provide keys or access codes, and I can clean while you’re out.Will I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes! As a solo cleaner, it will always be me — so you’ll see the same friendly, familiar face every time.What is your cancellation policy?
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling. Cancellations with less notice may be charged the full cost of the clean.How much does it cost?
Prices depend on the size of your home, the type of clean and how often I visit. As a guide, a three-bedroom home with 1 bathroom and a cloakroom, cleaned weekly, costs approximately £60 per visit.
